Levi Lin
GENERAL MANAGER
Levi Lin, the general manager of Nexus, oversees daily operations and uses his leadership skills to manage team members. His specialties are site management and coordination. Levi has successfully completed multiple projects from demolition phase to final Certificate of Occupancy during his 10+ years of being a project manager. He has been involved in several hotel projects and some mixed-use buildings prior to his joining at Nexus.

Wilson Chao
REGISTERED ARCHITECT
Wilson Chao is an esteemed architect. He attended Columbia University Graduate School where he studied architecture, planning, and preservation. He earned his Master of Science degree in Advanced Architectural Design and is certified with the National Council of Architecture. He has received his LEED AP credentials in energy leadership and environmental design. Wilson’s extensive portfolio and experience ranges from One World Trade Center to JFK Terminal and beyond. Wilson has been involved in a total of 20 million square feet of architectural designing and planning. He has a passion for working with real estate startups, utilizing the latest information technology, and analyzing positive market entry strategies to deliver his clients the best and most successful results.
Chad Zeng
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Chad Zeng has nearly two decades of industry experience in managing complex public and private commercial property developments from start to finish including airports, hotels, police departments, and school facilities. Chad’s recent projects include one of the largest infrastructure investments in New York City, the redevelopment of the LaGuardia Airport Terminal B. Chad is a skilled engineer with real-world experience in managing diverse relationships, including regulatory bodies and contractors as well as mitigating technical, personnel, and contracted service issues resulting in very successful developments.
Joe Chen
OPERATIONS MANAGER
With a decade of experience in the construction industry, Joe Chen is a seasoned project manager known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Having managed diverse projects, from major public infrastructure projects like MTA East Side Access and DOT I-81 Viaduct Project to private development projects including commercial major buildings and residential high-rise buildings, Joe excels in overseeing all phases of construction, from initial planning and design to execution and completion. Joe holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from Syracuse University. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety, Joe has successfully led teams of contractors and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Known for his strong communication and problem-solving skills, Joe builds lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. His ability to navigate the complexities of large-scale developments has earned him a reputation for excellence in the field.
